We create an environment where our employees are proud to work and can make a positive impact. Position Overview: The ServiceNow Cyber Threat Intelligence team is looking to hire a dedicated Staff Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst | Reports Officer.  The Reports Officer is responsible for producing, reviewing, and disseminating high-quality intelligence products that inform security operations, executive decision making, and strategic risk management. Responsibilities:Author, review, and publish strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence reports aligned with SaaS threat landscapes and enterprise risk priorities. Partner with threat analysts, detection engineers, and data scientists to validate findings, contextualize adversary TTPs, and ensure actionable intelligence output. Ensure intelligence products adhere to analytic standards, demonstrate structured reasoning, and maintain factual and linguistic accuracy. Translate complex technical findings into executive-ready insights for diverse audiences including IR, legal, compliance, and product security stakeholders. Contribute to the refinement of CTI dissemination frameworks, publication schedules, and intelligence feedback loops. Support structured information sharing with ISACs, partners, and industry alliances in accordance with organizational policies and classification standards. Employ generative AI systems to accelerate intelligence synthesis, automate trend summaries, and enhance analytic workflows without compromising tradecraft integrity. Define and measure key performance indicators (e.g., report engagement, stakeholder satisfaction, analytic accuracy) to continuously improve CTI value delivery.
